Lewis A. Kocher has been a music teacher, music director, liturgical musician, and performing artist for over 30 years.
He has taught piano at the Mercyhurst University Conservatory of Music, is a past National Honor Roll member of the National Guild of Piano Teachers, and as performer "Michael Crowtower" concertizes yearly at the famous Chautauqua Institution in New York, also performing regular pipe organ concerts of his music throughout England. A published composer, his flute compositions are performed worldwide and many recordings of his published works can be heard on YouTube from Spain, Belgium, Montreal, and throughout the United States. An experienced active member of community theatre (performing, music directing, writing, composing), Mr. Kocher also offers vocal coaching and audition preparation for students interested in theatre.
